How to log in
Tap the login button, enter your account ID, email or phone number, type the password and confirm. If two-factor authentication is enabled, add the code from the authenticator app.
- Open the app or the mobile site and tap Log in.
- Enter the identifier you registered with.
- Type the password, checking caps lock and keyboard layout.
- Confirm, and enter the 2FA code if asked.
- Accept quick login if the phone is yours alone.
Password recovery
Use the recovery link in the login window and choose email or phone. A link or code arrives within a few minutes, and you set a new password. If you have lost access to both contacts, support restores the account after an identity check with a photo of your document.
Stop after two or three failed attempts. More tries trigger a temporary lock that only delays things.
Two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication adds a short code from your phone to every login, so a stolen password is not enough to get in.
Enable it in the security section of the account. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app, save the backup key somewhere offline and confirm with the first code. The backup key is the only quick way back in if the phone is lost or replaced.
Common login problems
Most failed logins have a simple cause. Compare what you see with this list before contacting support:
- "wrong login or password": retype carefully or reset the password;
- account temporarily locked: wait for the period shown, then reset;
- 2FA code rejected: set the phone clock to automatic and use a fresh code;
- page reloads with no message: clear the cache or try a private window;
- account blocked: contact support and ask what is required.

Can I log in with my phone number?
Yes, if the number is linked and confirmed. Enter it with the country code followed by your password.
Why does the app log me out?
Sessions end after inactivity, after a password change or after an update. Battery-saving modes that close background apps can also cause it.
I lost the phone with my authenticator. What now?
Use the backup key saved during setup. Without it, support removes 2FA after an identity check.
Is quick login safe?
On a phone with a screen lock, yes. Turn it off before lending or selling the device.
